Questions
Can it pull listings from the MLS?
Not out of the box. An app can connect to an outside service you already have access to and set up, but many agents start by posting their own listings by hand.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Each person can have their own login, and you can invite teammates into the project to help plan and build it.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. When your app is live, you can connect a domain you own and Co-Create walks you through the DNS settings.
What does it cost?
The studio is $80 a month after a 7-day free trial, and building uses credits at about $1.25 each. Most apps take 10–30 credits to build and polish. Your plan includes 3 live apps.
