Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective November 1, 2026 · Last updated October 28, 2026
1. Cancel anytime
- During the free trial: cancel before the 7 days are up and you won't be charged for the plan. We aim to remind you before the trial ends, but the trial ends on its date either way.
- After the trial: cancelling stops your next renewal. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then it ends.
2. How to cancel
- Bought on the web: Settings, then Subscription, in Co-Create.
- Bought in the iPhone app: your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles those payments and any refund requests.
- Bought in the Android app: Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions. Google handles those payments and any refund requests.
3. Refunds
Payments for subscriptions, credits, Live hosting and add-on services (such as app store publishing help) are final and non-refundable, including for partial months or years, unused or expired credits, and credits used by work that failed or was stopped, except where the law requires a refund.
If we choose to make up for a problem we caused, we do it in credits, never in cash, and doing it once doesn't oblige us to do it again. If you think you were charged by mistake, email cyberdesigner@aiaide.io within 30 days of the charge and we'll look into it.
4. Your credits
Cancelling a plan doesn't remove credits, but credits still expire 12 months after they were bought or granted, and any credits left are forfeited when your account is closed or deleted. See the Credits & Billing Terms.
5. Your apps and code after you cancel
When your plan ends, your apps pause and your code is kept. After a short notice period an app's database may be saved as a snapshot and removed, as the Additional Product Terms explain. You can download your code anytime, or restart your plan to pick up where you left off.
