Promotions Terms

1. Offers in general

From time to time we run offers, such as referral rewards, free or bonus credits, discounts, trials, challenges and contests ("Promotions"). These terms apply to every Promotion together with the Terms of Service and any rules shown with the Promotion; the Promotion's own rules win if they conflict. Unless a Promotion says otherwise:

• It is open only to people 18 or older with an account in good standing, and is void where prohibited.
• Each person, household, payment card and device may receive its reward once. Rewards cannot be combined, transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
• Rewards given as credits are Granted Credits under the Credits & Billing Terms, including their 12-month expiry.
• We may change, pause or end a Promotion at any time, and decide whether someone qualifies. Our records are final.
• We may withhold, reverse or remove a reward obtained by fraud, abuse, self-referral, multiple accounts, automation, a refunded or disputed payment, or a breach of our terms, and close the accounts involved.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you receive.

2. Referrals

You can invite people with your personal referral link. A friend who signs up through it and starts a trial receives 10 bonus credits on top of the usual starter credits. You receive 25 credits when that friend's first payment clears. A referral counts if the friend signs up within 60 days of opening your link in the same browser, is new to Co-Create, and is a different person from you.

Share your link only with people you know or in places that allow it. Do not spam, pay for ads that bid on our name, pretend to be AI AIDE, or make claims about Co-Create that are not true. You are responsible for following the laws on advertising and messages, including disclosing that you get a reward where the law requires.

3. The showcase

If you publish an app to the public showcase, you give AI AIDE a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display it, its name, description, screenshots and a link to it, and to let other people view it and start their own copy of it ("remix"), for as long as it is published and for a reasonable time after to remove it from materials already made. A remix copies your app's code and builds the copy its own new backend from that code (with any starter data your code itself sets up), never your app's real data, files or users. Only publish apps you have the right to share. You can unpublish at any time, which stops new remixes but does not remove copies already made. We may decline, feature or remove showcase entries at our discretion.

4. The leaderboard and challenges

The leaderboard is opt-in from Settings and shows the handle you choose, never your email address. Do not choose a handle that impersonates someone, is offensive, or breaks our Usage Policy; we may change or remove it. Times and rankings are measured by our systems, and we may remove results we believe were produced unfairly. Challenges are for fun and carry no prize unless official rules published with them say otherwise.

5. Contests, raffles and giveaways

A contest, raffle or giveaway with prizes runs only under its own official rules, published with it (for example, the Raffle Official Rules). No purchase is necessary unless the rules say otherwise and the law allows it.

6. Feedback, testimonials and publicity

If you send us a testimonial, a video of your build or another submission and agree to its use, we may use it, with the name or handle you agreed to, in our marketing as described where you submitted it. We will not use your name or likeness in advertising without your permission.
