Delete your Co-Create account

Co-Create is made by AI AIDE LLC. You can delete your account yourself, from the app or from this page.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to Co-Create (or open the Co-Create app).
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Enter your password and tap Delete account.

You're signed out on every device right away. Your account is permanently deleted 30 days later. To cancel, just sign in again before then; nothing is removed during those 30 days.

Can't sign in? Email cyberdesigner@aiaide.io from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email address, phone number and password
  • Projects only you are in, with their documents, files and history
  • Voice notes and recordings, pins and ideas, uploaded images and screenshots
  • Your AI assistant chats and what HermesDJ remembers about you
  • Apps you built: live sites, custom domains, preview sites, databases and code repositories
  • Settings, notification and device records, and sign-in history

What is kept, and for how long

  • Messages you sent to other people stay in their conversations so their history stays intact, but are shown as sent by “Deleted user”, and your name and contact details are removed.
  • Shared projects pass to the collaborator who has been in them longest, so their work is not lost.
  • Payment and tax records (what was bought, when and for how much) are kept for 7 years, as tax law requires, and then deleted.

Subscriptions are cancelled and unused credits are forfeited. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play can only be cancelled by you, in that store's settings.

Only want to remove some of your data and keep your account? Delete some of your data.
